Every bracelet is made just for you, so we need 2-3 business days to craft and prepare your order. After that, shipping takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number once it ships so you can follow along.

Pretty much anything that matters to you. Names, dates, coordinates, quotes, initials, symbols. You can engrave up to 11 characters on the top half and 11 characters on the bottom half of your bracelet. If you're not sure if something will work, just reach out and we'll help you figure it out.

Nope. Our bracelets are built to last. We've had customers wear theirs for years through hiking, swimming, everyday life, and they still look great. The engraving is permanent and won't fade with regular wear.

Because every bracelet is custom-made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges unless there's a defect or mistake on our end. If something's wrong with your order, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right. Full details in our Refund Policy.

Our bracelets are adjustable and fit wrist sizes from 2" to 4" (5cm to 10cm), which covers most people comfortably. If you have questions about fit or need something outside that range, just contact us and we'll help you out.

Our bracelets are made from high-quality 304L stainless steel. They're durable, hypoallergenic, and designed to handle whatever life throws at them. To keep yours looking its best, just rinse it with water after exposure to salt or chlorine.

Once your bracelet ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page. If you're having trouble, reach out and we'll help you find it.

Absolutely. Just add the recipient's address at checkout. Want to include a gift message? Let us know in the order notes and we'll make sure it gets there perfectly.

For every bracelet sold, we plant one tree through our partnership with One Tree Planted. It's automatic. You order, we plant. Simple as that. So far, we've planted over 2,500 trees in reforestation projects worldwide.
